At Shree Ji Textile, we follow a streamlined and client-centric production process to ensure every kaftan we deliver meets the highest standards of design, quality, and customer satisfaction. From the initial concept to final manufacturing, each step is carefully managed for accuracy, speed, and transparency.
Step 1: Design Selection
Our process begins with the selection of a particular design. Clients can choose from our extensive library of exclusive digital prints or share their own ideas for customization. We offer trend-forward options aligned with seasonal themes, fashion forecasts, and brand preferences.
Step 2: CAD Development & Client Approval
Once a design is selected, our team creates a high-resolution CAD (Computer-Aided Design) version of the artwork, precisely tailored for kaftan placement.
The CAD is then shared with the client for approval. At this stage, we gladly accommodate any revisions or fine-tuning required to match the client’s creative vision.
Step 3: Sample Creation
After the CAD is approved, we move to the sample production phase, where we develop a finished prototype of the kaftan using the exact fabric, print, and pattern.
This sample provides the client with a complete look and feel of the final product—ensuring satisfaction with design, fit, and fabric before bulk production begins.
Step 4: Manufacturing Begins
Once the Purchase Order (PO) is received and the sample is approved, we initiate bulk manufacturing. Our in-house facilities and skilled workforce ensure timely production, strict quality control, and flawless execution—every single time.
